Hi,

i met a problem while i reinstalling Cisco AnyConnect. I have read a lot of solutions, e.g. https://community.cisco.com/t5/vpn/anyconnect-re-install-on-windows-10-hanging/m-p/2703272

but i didnt find any directory named vpnva-6.inf_amd64_.... under Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository. So i couldnt find any OEM###.INF.

And i have looked in C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log. and i didnt see any part as following either

{Plug and Play Service: Device Install for ROOT\NET\0000}
     ndv:           Driver INF Path: C:\WINDOWS\INF\oem24.inf
     ndv:           Driver Node Name: vpnva-6.inf:573bd3b1d858e0ac:Cisco.ndi.NTamd64:3.1.6019.0:vpnva
     ndv:           Driver Store Path: C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\vpnva-

So now i have totally no idea how should i reinstall it. Could anyone help me if you know what exact my problem is?

Thanks

Please share troubled version, version you are attempting to upgrade/install.  Have you attempted to run a DART bundle on the troubled client to view logs to see if that sheds light?

the version is anyconnect-win-4.10.01075-core-vpn-webdeploy-k9
