Hi

You will need to check the version of IOS version you are running as I think you need Advanced Security to setup VPN's.

Regards MJ

This is a dump of show version, please can you check for me if this has VPN enabed ? Thanks

You have IP Base feature set which does not support IPSEC ie. VPNs.

The tool to use for this is Feature Navigator -

Feature Navigator

Click on the link above and then select "Search by Platform". This will bring up a new window where you can select your device ie. 2811 and from then on it's pretty self-explanatory ie. choose your IOS version, yours is 12.4(3a) and then choose a feature set which supports IPSEC.

Note there may well be a charge for upgrading your feature set, you need to check with your Cisco var.
