Cisco's Anyconnect will not install in Mac OS Catalina (version 4.8.01090)

I am trying to install Cisco's Anyconnect version 4.8 in Catalina but receive the following message. "The installation Failed. The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance." Does anyone have the same issue too?

Look at the compatability matrix as per cisco.
