Cisco Secure Client icon missing after the upgrade.
Once we have completed the upgrade manually for pilot test purpose, the favicon and shortcut are missing.
We have to type ' Cisco Secure Client' on windows search bar for the first time.
1. We have using the admin account to upgrade the client.
2. We are using Windows 11 Enterprise edition on endpoints.
3. Upgraded from Cisco Secure Client 5.1.2.42 to 5.1.4.74
4. We have never issues with Cisco Anyconnect client (previous one) on last 5 years.
Can you please guide if you have came across the same issue? Please help
