Cisco Secure Client VPN with IOS timeout

I have ASA and it is used for VPN remote access. The End-user is using iPhone with Cisco Secure Client to connect the VPN. He needs to try multiple times to connect. 3, 5 ,10 sometimes around 15 time to connect.

I have ASA 5516 with version 9.16.4

Any suggestions?

- Contact the IT administrator of the ASA and let that person check the vpn logs , for the failing connection attempts.

If I am correct you use xml profile' try adjust the session-timeout.
