Cisco SSL VPN Client on VPN concentrator 3060

I am trying to setup Cisco SSL VPN Client on VPN concentrator 3060.

Configuration-->Tunneling and Security--Cisco SSL VPN CLient-->Enabled.

I am able to connect to VPN Server with https://IP-of-VPN-Server

After connection, it give me three options

1. Start Application Access

2. Websites

3. Enter Web Address (URL)

With the 3rd option I could access the internal LAN URL's. But what about accessing windows shares how can I go about? Why SSL Client is not getting installed on my PC after the connection? Appreciate if someone could point me to the technical link.
