For 64 bit machine. you can download by the following path:
www.cisco.com > Products > Security > Virtual Private Networks (VPN) > Cisco VPN Clients > Cisco VPN Client > Cisco VPN Client v5.x > VPN Client Software > All Releases > 5.0.07.0290 > vpnclient-winx64-msi-5.0.07.0290-k9.exe.

everytime i try doing so ..i get the following notification :
To Download this software, you must have a valid Technical Support Services Agreement associated to your Cisco.com user ID.
i dont have a valid technical support service agreement . how can i proceed ?

You should have a valid software download contract associated with your CCO Id.
Please call the entitlement team and get it fixed.

Hi Vir,
Entitlement team is a seperate team dedicated for the contracts, association of contracts with the CCO Id etc.

One needs to have a valid software download associated with CCO Id to download software.
Please open a ticket with entitlement team.
You can find the number from below:
www.cisco.com > Support > All Support > Email or phone technical Support (right hand side panel on web page)
