Hi,

All of our clients have Cisco VPN Client 5.0.04.0300 installed and generally it works fine.

Since a while we have one particular client which refuses to connect. Please find the logfile attached.

1) Certificate was renewed and synchronised with Active Directory

2) All Active Directory properties have been checked according to the Company Standards

3) Workaround method used:

a) Cisco VPN Client software has been uninstalled

b) All registry entries for Cisco were removed

c) Reboot

d) Latest Cisco VPN Client (5.0.06.160) was installed (resolved the same issue on another client, but persists on this client)
