Cisco VPN Error

Hello All,

I am new to the forum.  Here is the issue, I am facing with Cisco VPn Any Connect v 5.  When user try to connect through vpn from home they are getting following error.

"LOGIN DENIED - PLEASE RETRY USING COMPANY OWNED LAPTOP"

All of our users are using company provided laptop.  Not sure how to troubleshoot thiserror.  How do, I go about resolving above error?

There's no AnyConnect v5, only Cisco VPN Client v5 or AnyConnect 3.X.

If you use AnyConnect there could be a pre login check for specific file or reg key, to identify if the Laptop is from the company
