Cisco VPN software behind Netscreen

I am trying to run the Cisco VPN client behind Netscreen to a VPN concentrator. But im not having any luck. please advise

make sure you open UDP 4500, UDP 500 , IP 50/51 for IPSEC to work. Open these ports on the Netscreen and try connecting

We had this same issue. It's a problem with the Netscreen. We were told you need to NAT individual global IP addresses to each inside Client that needs to VPN out. The Netscreen won't PAT outbound VPN connections.
