for a short term excercise I configured two remote sites with Cisco 2811 and connected them to the HQ via DMVPN.
As the IPsec throughput is quite low (about 2-3mbit/s as usual for this model) I installed AIM-VPN-modules into all of them to increase performance.
However, these modules seem to be ignored as I still see no increase in throughput and the cpu history still shows 80-100% during traffic intensive times.
I can see the module with "show inventory" and "show crypto engine brief".
It is enabled but "show crypto engine accelerator statistics" shows still all zeros at bytes/packets in and out.
I'm using the latest IOS (adventerprise 15.1(4)M12a).
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or is this setup not supported anymore? Other ideas?
