Citrix with Cisco AnyConnect to connect multiple sessions

Hello,

Would like to know if its possible to have a Citrix farm with Cisco AnyConnect installed on it, so several users first connect to the Citrix farm and then use the Cisco AnyConnect application in the Storefront to open VPN tunnels to different locations.  Is there a limitation from Cisco AnyConnect in the way it manages multiple/concurrent RDP connections to the Citrix server to open different VPN tunnels for the different users?

I found this document:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/vpn_client/anyconnect/anyconnect40/administration/guide/b_AnyConnect_Administrator_Guide_4-0/deploy-anyconnect.html?bookSearch=true

Section: Configure How AnyConnect Treats Windows RDP Sessions

But still not very clear if AnyConnect allows this or not.

Thanks,

Luis

Hi Luis,

AnyConnect makes a global system VPN connection, it is not possible to create multiple VPN connections simultaneous from multiple users on the same OS  instance and have these operate independently. So, this is not going to work on Citrix environment.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Vishnu
