I am performing a hardware upgrade of Cisco ASA to a newer model. I have some clientless VPN portal customisations on the old device. When I export these customisations from the old to new device. Are the setting deleted on the old device?

Exporting doesn't delete them on the source ASA.
If you delete the customization files from the file system on the source, that will erase them permanently.
