Configure VPN (SA 540)

Hi,

I have this situation:

ADSL (8 public ip)-> ROUTER(CISCO) 192.168.2.111  ->SWITCH -> 192.168.2.0 LAN-PC(and a sever .2.81)

And a port-forward publicip:80 -> server on router

and now:

ADSL -> ROUTER(CISCO) 192.168.3.1 -> 192.168.3.99(WAN)  -  SA 540 - 192.168.2.111 ->SWITCH -> 192.168.2.0 LAN-PC/SERVER

I need that only lan-pcs and selected internet-pc can acces to the server. because I do not know the outside ip, I opted for a vpn.

How configure the sa 540? I had to set the firewal, for blocking externa access? I need a port-forward on the router?
