Finally installed Configuring Cisco VPN Client v 5.0.07.0440 on Win 10.

Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client v. 4.2.00096.

Given server FQDN, AD credentials, authentication setting Shared Secret, Group name.

Hhow to enter above settings in Create New VPN Connection Entry?

Imported .PCF to Cisco client.

On guest network.

Entered FQDN in Cisco AnyConnect.

"Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify Internet connectivity."

Ping FQDN is success.

Cisco VPN client and Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility client are two different clients, the former uses IKEv1 while the later uses SSL (default) or IKEv2 as the VPN negotiation protocol. You would need configuration specific for the Anyconnect client for it to work. You can use the following guide as reference to setup the Anyconnect config on the ASA:
