configuring multiple BRI's

I am trying to configure multiple BRI's on a single router (37XX or 38XX) without using a dialer interface. Any ideas.

can you revert back for what purpose you are trying to configure the BRI lines ? for remote location dial ins or dialing out from your location ?

if dial out then is it for different locations or to a particular location ?

again if dial in is it from different location or from particular single location ?

these are backups for a frame-relay T1. these will dial to a PRI on a 75XX in our datacenter.
