connect VPN automatically at Windows startup?

Is there a way to configure the VPN UI to connect automatically at startup?  If I try to use vpncli to do it, it complains "Connect not available. Another Cisco Secure Client application is running".  I can disable automatic startup of the UI and write a script that uses vpncli to connect and then starts the UI afterward, but that seems awfully circuitous.

@GSKnick you can use Trusted Network Detection to automatically connect to the VPN if connected to an untrusted network. If connected to the LAN (trusted network) the VPN won't connect.

D'oh!  In looking for how to get to the VPN profile editor, I found the option I had overlooked right near the top of the Preferences dialog:  Start VPN when Cisco Secure Client is started.
