Connection attempt has failed

Hi All,

Previously I was able to connect to Cisco AnyConnect with a mobile hotspot, but now I'm getting an error "Connection attempt has failed due to server communication errors. Please retry the connection".

I verified the internet connection was ok. If I switch to a different internet connection the Cisco AnyConnect was working as usual.

1. normally this error comes, when connectivity is lost or not reachable to server. technically you can check by telnetting to server's anyconnect tcp port to verify connectivity. if that is not reachable, better contact ISP.

2. check if any network level softwares/firewalls, blocking the specific connections in your PC
