I have a Windows 7 laptop with the AnyConnect "Unable to connect to server. Check Internet connectivity and server address" error.
- I can ping the gateway from the client by name and by IP address, and I can browse the website, so name resolution and Internet connectivity doesn't seem to be a problem.
- I have uninstalled all Antivirus software and the Windows Firewall is off. Before doing this I ran a full Malware Bytes scan to ensure it wasn't a virus.
- The user account can connect on other laptops with no problem so there are no user account issues.
- I tested it with different user profiles to ensure it wasn't a profile problem.
I have included the DART logs.
Any help would be appreciated.
