Could not connect to server. Check Internet connectivity error but can ping and browse the address

I have a Windows 7 laptop with the AnyConnect "Unable to connect to server.  Check Internet connectivity and server address" error.

  • I can ping the gateway from the client by name and by IP address, and I can browse the website, so name resolution and Internet connectivity doesn't seem to be a problem.
  • I have uninstalled all Antivirus software and the Windows Firewall is off.  Before doing this I ran a full Malware Bytes scan to ensure it wasn't a virus.
  • The user account can connect on other laptops with no problem so there are no user account issues.
  • I tested it with different user profiles to ensure it wasn't a profile problem.

I have included the DART logs.

Any help would be appreciated.
