I'm working with a customer and have setup a VPN connection for them using the VPN Client on the client side for connectivity into the network. They have since brought to my attention that they need to be able to connect from mobile devices as well. I've enabled L2TP over IPSEC on the VPN connection profile in the ASA 5520 and am testing in WIndows but haven't had any luck. Does anyone know of a step by step way of doing this or can someone give me pointers to show me what I may be doing wrong.
