The Cisco will not implement because of VPN Tunnel being used by other user does not apply to on premise Desktops with VPN disabled which is the most likely place to use fast user switching. If this is still an issue then a standalone Umbrella client should be re-introduced as this is a big impact to large organizations with hot desking
