Are there any other workarounds? This has been a problem for at least the past 7-8 months and ChromeOS devices don't have the option to disable desktop mode because they use the desktop browser.

Edit: The workaround doesn't appear to work on my phone either.

This happens on Samsung devices when you are not using the "Samsung Internet" browser as default browser. Once you change to that Internet app as your default browser, then the redirect should work fine handling control back to Cisco client. I see in above you are using Chrome and thats why it doesn't work. But if its Pixel phone, this problem doesn't exist. So, in a way you have to use your personal profile if the Samsung Internet browser is not enabled by your administrator in work profile.
