Custom VPN client executable?

How do I create a custome VPN client executable that I can give to VPN users? I want this VPN client to install on a Windows PC with the connection already setup and ready to launch?

Thanks for the reply. I am having a hard time understand the last section about distribution. If I take my install files from the CD and put them into a new folder called say c:\vpnclient. And this folder includes my .ini and .pcf file it does nothing to change the installation to include these files on the newly installed client pc?

What am I doing wrong?

I am sorry but I don't quite get what you are saying. Does the install work correctly from the CD but not when you copy the same files from the CD to the hard drive?
