Can you  people please suggest me any Cisco device( Router / Firewall ) that supports below VPN options for remote access

IPsec hybrid RSA

L2TP/IPsec PSK

PPTP

IPsec IKEv2 PSK

IPsec IKEv2 RSA

If this is all for user to site VPNs, then any Cisco ASA.

Not sure what "IPsec hybrid RSA" is meant to mean though.  And please don't deploy PPTP.  It is so weak now you might as well not have a VPN.
