dialer profile command like broadcast option of dialer map command?

Hi,

Could anyone know what dialer profile’s command for allowing routing information across dial-on-demand link is? Something like “broadcast” option of dialer map command.

Please suggest me.

Hello,

never really thought about this, but I guess the explanation is that a dialer interface is effectively a point-to-point interface, hence the broadcast statement is not needed. It is similar to frame relay point-to-point subinterfaces, where only the DLCI is assigned.

Does that make sense ?

Thanks for reply. May be I used the wrong word. Really I want routing protocol to traverse across the dial-on-demand connection. I saw the broadcast option in legacy dial-on-demand but not see in dialer profile.
