DMVPN w/o IPSEC support on ISR G2 with IP Base?

After combing through CCO I am having difficulty deterining if DMVPN without IPSEC protection is supported on ISR G2 routers with only an IP Base licence? The ISR G2 Licensing and Packaging document implies that GRE is supported with an IP Base license but DMVPN is supported with a Securiy license but it does not break it down between IPSEC protection or no IPSEC protection. The feature navigator implies that DMVPN is supported with IP Base licensing. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Gre is supported under base, but IPSec requires security. I'm assuming you're using the INTERNET as a transport and also assuming you want to keep your communications private, in which case you would need security to provide the IPSec portion. Gre doesn't protect data; it just wraps another header around the existing packet.
