Dns records do not update

Hello,

With anyconnect 3.0.0629 dns records are updated when connected to the vpn but with any other anyconnect 3.1 versions the records do not get updated. Any ideas?

It really shouldn't make any difference.  The host should send a DDNS update to the DNS server.

But you can't argue with it not working.  3.1.14018 is the current version.  Have you tried that one?

It will be hard to track down.  We need to figure out if the client is not sending the request, or if the client is sending it back the server is not getting it, or if the DNS server is getting it but not liking it.

Just tested with 3.0.0629 and the dns records are updated instantly once connected. Tested with 3.1.14018 and the records do not update. Did something change in the way dns is handled in 3.0 to 3.1?

Have you got split DNS configured maybe on the AnyConnect client configuration?
