Dynamic VLAN assignment in VPN remote access with router 2800

I'm working on a VPN site-to-site solution with VLAN on each site. Physical ports are manually configured for matching user role to VLANs. I would like that users stay dynamically in their own VLAN wherever they are connected from (internal or external). Do you have any solution?

I'm using cisco router 2800

Just create your vlans and  assign the int ranges.  If you do it correctly users should stay on their assigned port

But if users use remote access VPN, how can them be assigned automatically in their VLANs?
