Error anyconnect vpn

Hi!

I am installing Anyconnect VPN on an ASA firewall. It is not the first time I am doing it but now i get an error I never seen before. Looks to me like the Anyconnect Image that the client should download is failing.

Or am I wrong?

Web-based installation was unsuccessful. If you wish to install the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client, you may download an installer package

No, it's hardly a broblem of anyconnect image. Most probably it's got smth to do with java or smth like that on your client pc. Check prerequisites for web-installation of anyconnect (i mean browser settings, java settings and version, etc).

I solved the problem by updatin the anyconnect image. Now the installer passes every step.
