Error message in hub-and-spoke VPN

I keep losing the tunnel I have setup between my 3015 VPN device and a non-Cisco device. I am trying to force all traffic from a small office over the VPN so I can control Internet access centrally. The tunnel comes up but then dies. The error message I'm receiving on the Cisco end is leading me to believe that I need to make modifications to the 3015 configuration. The error message is:

Tunnel rejected: Policy not found for Src:0.0.0.0, Dst: 0.0.0.0
