I have a VPN between a 3005 and a 831-router.Several times/hour the traffic flow halts some seconds over the VPN, and the log in the VPN3005 shows the entry added bellow. Doing different debugs in the 831-router doesnt show anything. The tunnel stays open all the time. The 831 is connected with a SDSL-link and configured with PPPoE and dynamic pub address.

I exchanged the VPN3005 with a 831-router, so now it's a VPN between two 831's.
The problem is still there and the log of the new 831 tells the following:
--Log entry--
Apr 29 11:24:16.130: %HIFN79XX-1-ERROR: chifn79xx_crypto_callback() toolkit return failure
Apr 29 11:24:16.138: %HIFN79XX-1-PKTENGRET_ERROR: Hifn79xx PktEng Return Value = 0x20000, Hifn79xx_PktEngReturn_MACMiscompare.

Anyone?

I found a solution, through disabling the crypto engine accelerator in the 831-router:
No more interrupts or logging entries!!!
