Establishing VPN connection before user logged in

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know if it is possible to run cisco vpn client and establish vpn connection before the user is logged in(Windows 7)?How?

you need Anyconnect VPN.

use start before logon feature you can get VPN connection before windows login.

there are lots of configure guide you can find in CISOC regarding anyconnect SBL.
