Few inside Hosts frequently loosing internet ASA 8.2

Dear Friends,

One of our sister company guys always complaining that few inside PC's are frequenlty loosing internet and reconnecting after some times.

The Connectivity is as mentioned below:

Inside: Switch -> Router -> ASA -> Router -> Modem ->Internet ------------VPN-------------------------

Hi,

There could be a number of reasons why this is happening and to be able to determine what the issue is we need more information than you have provided.

I would start by troubleshooting near the source of the PCs and methodically verify network connectivity (layers 1, 2, and 3) between the PCs and each networking device until you reach the Internet. Doing this will allow you to narrow down where the issue potentially is.

Hi,

This site is connected to Head Office via L2L VPN. Bnadwidth is jus 1 Mb Download & 0.45Mb Upload.

Is the connection loss due to low BW or ???

I couldn't possibly tell you with the information you've provided.

Have you verified that they are actually losing internet connectivity and not that they just happen to be using the internet when another network issue occurs?
