Hi,

I've been trying to connect virtual machine by any connect of my customer to computers in my office. But, on one PC, I got fields group, user name and pass word; on another, proxy server, proxy user, proxy pass word and domain/authority. And I have only a username and password. Also, I could not connect when I left the domain field empty. 

Any chance to help?VPN and AnyConnect

This is looks like your virtual machine configured to use proxy server i guess here, you need to get this details from your network admin,

you can below comamnd to check using proxy :

netsh winhttp show proxy
