My organization uses a hosted cloud VoIP provider and we have users that are connecting to this provider from behind a centralized firewall.
The firewall is a default deny scenario, and we have been recently getting reports that calls are dropping etc.
The provider has asked us to open ports up for the RTP (basically all UDP ports) and allow TCP 5060-5080 to their IP ranges.
We wanted to see if this would be something expected for this sort of scenario, or if you have encountered a better/different solution to this issue in your environments?
