FirePower site to site vpn with Azure

I have established a site to site vpn with Azure but when the tunnel times out, only my side can reestablish to VPN!

What parameters control whether both sides can start the VPN?

it could be the other side is always setup as responder only. do you manage both side? could you share the logs on both sides.

I do not support both sides, on my FirePower side I have this configured and a bidirectional connection type.

This mean you can me initiator and responder too. However as you always the initiator to bring up the tunnel. Does ever remote side bring up the tunnel? If no you can asked them if they setup the vpn as responder only.
