Getting message VPN service is not available

I have read all recent articles, but no matter what I do it says VPN service not available. Everything was working fine and then it randomly stopped working today.

Please follow the below step it will resolve the issue. if still issue persist please uninstall anyconnect and reboot the machine and again install the anyconnect.

1. On Windows Press Win+R (windows key and R) to open run dialog.
2. Type "services.msc" and hit Enter to open Service Manager.
3. In the Services Manager look for "Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Agent".
4. Right Click, Open Properties and Set "Startup Type" to "Automatic". Hit "Apply" and then "OK".
