GRE configuration with a VPN Concentrator

A pretty simple question here, but I'm having trouble verifying this with the documentation:

Can a VPN Concentrator be configured as a GRE end-point when running a GRE over IPSec LAN-to-LAN tunnel? If so, please provide an example.

I do not believe that it is possible to configure a VPN concentrator as a GRE endpoint.
