Help - able to connect to VPN randomly

I have a win 7 64-bit OS, and I have Cisco VPN client 5.0.07.0240 installed. I'm able to connect to VPN sometimes and it's pretty random.  I have tried to shut down and restart when unable to establlish connection - but no luck. Any idea could be the reason ?

Fyi, I get a  Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding

Hi,

Well the reason could be the one you are seeing. There is come kind of communication issue between the client and the ASA. Do you face the same issue on multilpe VPN clients?

What device is the headend that we are trying to connect to here? What do the debugs say when you are unable to connect?

Hi ,

Please try using IPSec over TCP option under the Transport Tab instead of UDP and see if that helps.
