Please try to uncheck the IPv6 protocol for the AnyConnect networks adapter , then, trying to connect again..

First, restart the computer and try to connect again. If restarting does not resolve the error, please try uninstalling the AnyConnect VPN client, then re-install it.

I have tried uninstalling Cisco AnyConnection, deleting its folder and registry, and still doing so after reinstalling.
