In prep for our upgrade to Secure Client, is there any way to hide the Secure Endpoint option from the Client? I don't want to disable it, just prevent it from being seen.

No, there is no way to hide the Secure Endpoint option from the Cisco Secure Client user interface. While you can disable the VPN module altogether, hiding the Secure Endpoint option is not a built-in functionality.
Disabling the VPN functionality might not be ideal since Cisco Secure Client uses shared underlying Secure Client drivers for intercepting and managing DNS traffic, even for Umbrella.
If you are concerned about users being confused by the Secure Endpoint option, you can provide them with training materials or a user guide that explains the purpose of each option within the Cisco Secure Client user interface.
