Hi, I am trying to setup HostScan on the Cisco ASA. I have the host scan image 4.3.02039 uploaded and enabled, the endpoint assessment ticked in the Host scan section. the endpoint also has the posture module installed. When I try to do a simple file check it fails or check for Anti virus, I have done a debug dap trace 255 and the only elements that I can see is being checked are the below, I don't see any other elements being checked. I have premium licensing as well. What could be wrong?
endpoint.anyconnect.clientversion = "4.3.02039";
endpoint.anyconnect.platform = "win";
endpoint.anyconnect.devicetype =
endpoint.anyconnect.platformversion = "6.1.7601 Service Pack 1";
endpoint.anyconnect.deviceuniqueid =
endpoint.anyconnect.macaddress["0"] =
endpoint.anyconnect.useragent = "AnyConnect Windows 4.3.02039";

Hi tus tus,
You seem to hit bug id: CSCuf21614.
Please check from other machines as well if you are getting the same results. In case you do, then I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the anyconnect client. If that doesn't work either then downgrade the hostscan to 4.3.01095.
Thanks,
Vishnu

Hi, i have downgraded to both hostscan and client to 4.3.01095 and i am still having the same issue. i would expect it to collect info on anti-virus etc aswell but only the below is checked.
endpoint.anyconnect.clientversion = "4.3.01095";
endpoint.anyconnect.platform = "win";
endpoint.anyconnect.devicetype =
endpoint.anyconnect.platformversion = "6.1.7601 Service Pack 1"
endpoint.anyconnect.deviceuniqueid =
endpoint.anyconnect.macaddress["0"] =
endpoint.anyconnect.useragent = "AnyConnect Windows 4.3.01095";
