Need more information. Are you using ASAs on both ends? What code? or you are planning to use routers?

Are you looking for simple Site-site tunnel?

Iam  new on this network position I will get the info, I know the cental site is a ASA 5520 and the remote site is a small site with a DSL link  but I dont know the details yet on the remote site.I will get more info and I will let you know...
