How can I start anyconnect vpnclient as a service?

I want anyconnect to startup automatically on boot, and have an established connection without user interaction.I was able to use a piece of software called AutoIt to put in the username and password. However accepting the certificate requires GUI interaction which Windows services does not support. Is there a way to remember that this certificate is allowed? Or another way to get around it? I'm also open to other options to running the client at boot.

Still havent got this working. Suggestions?

What is your OS version?

Testing it on Windows Server 2008 standard 32bit. But it needs to work on various 2008 and 2003 versions.

You should be able to use Service Control (sc.exe)

No it doesnt work as the user and password cannot be specified as command line options. They need to be entered after running the program.

Okay.  I'm going to have to do some research on that.  I haven't deployed AnyConnect in this way in my experiences.

I have gotten the certificate permanently accepted by the server so the gui doesnt pop up. However getting the autoit script to run as a service for this is still tricky.
