How do I load test (multiple remote VPN sessions) my ASA 5540?

Hi,

I would like to do load test my ASA 5540 (or even VPN 3030) with any software that might allow me to generate multiple remote VPN IPSec sessions. Is there an API or software to purchase I can use?

I would like to load the box simulating 1000-5000 sessions with it.

I believe Cisco has something homegrown but not available to use outside.
