Hi. For some reason, adding routes from command line while the VPN connection is active is deferred until it terminats. I just wonder how it's done:
> route ADD 1.2.3.4 MASK 255.255.255.255 192.168.149.200 METRIC 1
OK!
> route print 1.*

None
> echo disconnect | "c:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\vpncli.exe" -s
VPN> goodbye...
> route print 1.*
