How to create local user account for AnyConnect on Firepower 1010

We have a Firepower 1010 running 6.6.4 that requires AnyConnect. I've not been able to find out how to create a local user account that can be use to authenticate AnyConnect users. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I can spend over an hour looking for an answer, post to Cisco Communities, and then find an answer. It's under Objects | Users | new. I'm good. Thanks
