How to get data from an API in python via VPN?

Hello,    Mayo Clinic Patient Portal Login

I have data that I need to get through API but I do not have access to do it. I found some packages for nordvpn and expressvpn, but nothing which allows you to execute via command line from OSX. 

I don't know if there are any VPN services that exist like this or where I could find one. If anyone have any advice or suggestion, that would be appreciated.

If you do not have access then that is impossible to do what you looking to do.

coming to Orginal question, what kind of Data ? what API you looking to use and get the information you intend to do ?(explain more with examples ) - and post environment and errors of any ?
