Hello!
As a pandemic consequence most users are working remotely and they are connected by VPN remote access.
Another consequence are the increasing number of tickets from users claim about quality of their VPN connections.
Have anyone had already deploy some way to monitor the individual client connections?
I'm looking for something that we can use to easyly check the status from the user connection and show it to him/her when he/she decide to open a ticket to claim about problems with infrastructure because most of problems stays on ISP side.
We are using VPN AnyConnect with Firepower.
Regards

You might also look into deploying Thousand Eyes endpoint agents to your users.

Expect more integration in the coming months since they are now part of Cisco.

Recently witnessed Thousand Eyes during an outage monitoring traffic, and when the outage Ceased you could actually visualize it in Thousand Eyes. This is a phenomenal product. Good Call out Marvin.
