ICMP packet request but no reply over remote access VPN

Can someone help me figure out why when I ping my pc from another pc over VPN tunnel I get packet loss and recieve an icmp request but no reply for some packets.

there are lots of possibilities that can cause packet loss. perhaps you can share your vpn config here.
